real recipes for real kitchens

Baking has been my passion for over 15 years — long before it was ever a business.

It started with my Grammy, as a little girl in the kitchen, tweaking ingredients to get a recipe just right. That habit never left me. Years later, it became Sugar Rush Confections, a home bakery, where I spent years hand-decorating sugar cookies and building custom cakes for my community in upstate New York.

Gluten-free baking, specifically, has only been a part of my story for the last five years — but it's the part that changed everything.

In 2022, working through personal health issues & discovering that we were living in a moldy rental, my family was forced to rethink how we were living — and eating. We made changes across every part of our life, and baking was no exception.

Everything gluten-free that was available tasted like a compromise — dry, crumbly, oddly textured, or loaded with a long list of ingredients. I didn't want my family to have to compromise our health, just to be able to enjoy dessert.

The kitchen is the heartbeat of our house.

It's where we gather, where we bond — and I wasn't willing to let being gluten-free change that. So I did what I'd always done as a baker: I started experimenting. I took the recipes I already curated and loved and began converting them to be gluten-free, testing and retesting until they stopped tasting like a substitute and started tasting like the real thing again. That process is what eventually made Crew To You.

Today, that same process is what I bring to everyone I work with. I know what it's like to want good food that feels intentional, and I know how much trial and error it takes to get a gluten-free recipe genuinely right.

My goal is to hand you the recipe I wish had existed when I started — already tested, already reliable — so you don't have to spend months figuring it out yourself.

Whether you need a recipe that's ready to go today or one built specifically around your menu, you're getting recipes designed by someone who genuinely cares.
